1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Use set out the rules governing the use of the website available at https://microelectronics.pl (the “Website”).
2. The owner and operator of the Website is Microelectronics Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Krosno, ul. Augusta Lewakowskiego 53 lok. 303, VAT-ID (NIP): PL6842637296, REGON: 181030348, KRS: 0000480001 (the “Service Provider”). 3. The Website is intended to present information on the home page and in the “About Us”, “Services”, and “Products” sections, and to provide a contact form in the “Contact” section. No online sales are conducted through the Website. Orders may only be placed by email at info@microelectronics.pl.
4. By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

1. User – any natural person, legal person, or organisational unit without legal personality using the Website.
2. Electronic Services – services provided electronically by the Service Provider, including access to informational content and a contact form enabling Users to submit enquiries.

3. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

1. The Service Provider provides the following Electronic Services:
   1. Making informational content available on the home page and in the “Home”, “About the Company”, “Services”, and “Products” sections.
   2. Providing a contact form for submitting enquiries (orders for services or products are handled exclusively by email and are not processed through an automated online sales process).
2. The Electronic Services are provided free of charge, except for any internet access costs incurred by the User.
3. The agreement for the provision of Electronic Services is concluded when the User accesses and uses the Website and is terminated when the User leaves the Website. In the case of the contact form, the agreement ends when the enquiry is sent.

4. Conditions of Use of the Website

1. The User undertakes to use the Website in compliance with applicable law, these Terms of Use, and accepted standards of conduct. In particular, the following is prohibited:
   1. Copying content without the prior consent of the Service Provider, except where permitted for personal use by applicable law.
   2. Posting unlawful content, introducing viruses, or taking any action that may disrupt the operation of the Website.
2. Orders for the products offered are placed by email. The Service Provider confirms the order by return email, which constitutes the conclusion of an agreement outside the Website.
3. Details regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Website are set out in the separate Privacy Policy and GDPR Information Notice available on the Website.

5. Orders

1. Orders may only be placed by email to: info@microelectronics.pl. The email should include the following information:
   1. The full name of the person placing the order
   2. The company name, VAT-ID, and the company’s registered address details
   3. The delivery address (if different from the company’s registered address)
   4. A contact telephone number
   5. A description of the order (e.g. product name, quantity, and any specific requirements)
2. Upon receipt of the email, the Service Provider will confirm acceptance of the order within 2 business days by sending a reply to the email address provided by the User. The confirmation will include the order details, the total amount payable, and payment instructions.
3. Payment for the order may be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, payment is due within 7 days of the date of order confirmation.
4. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days following confirmation of payment.
5. An order may be cancelled before payment confirmation by sending a request to: info@microelectronics.pl. After payment has been confirmed, cancellation is possible only in exceptional cases and subject to agreement with the Service Provider.

6. Technical Requirements

1. Use of the Website requires:
   1. A device with internet access.
   2. A web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (e.g. the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
   3. Acceptance of cookies (for more information, see the Privacy Policy).
2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any issues resulting from the User’s failure to meet these requirements.

7. Copyright

1. All content available on the Website, including texts, photographs, and descriptions of services and products, is the property of the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Any copying requires prior written consent.

8. Liability

1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
   1. Any content posted or introduced by Users.
   2. Any damage resulting from improper use of the Website or from technical failures.
   3. The continued accuracy or timeliness of the information published on the Website, although reasonable efforts are made to ensure that such information is reliable.
2. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable settlement. The court having jurisdiction shall be the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.

1. These Terms of Use shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use in the event of changes in applicable law or changes to the functionality of the Website.
